Does anyone know of any cheap guest houses or holiday parks in Skegness?

Me and my partner are going to Skegness in June for a week and are looking for a cheap guest house to stay in or a caravan at a holiday park. Anyone any ideas?

I have been to Skegness last year. Nice place. The hotels are from £50 per night for a couple sharing. There are some caravan parks i was told that are cheap.
