She can get a visitor visa from your embassy, but she will need you to sponsor, she will need papers agreed, medical, criminal clearance and proof she is returning if its Visitor visa.
You will need to show you are respectable sponsor, bank account, letter from employer, neighbour or family references. Photos of where she will stay and evidence of her return e.g. return flight ticket.
Having done all that you might find that Visa people will want translation of documents, this can be done for a fee but will add to delay.
The embassy will raise questions and now seems to interview everyone. you have luck of the draw on if you will get a Visa.
