Where the best place to go for a cheap sun holiday mid july?

i always go to cities for holidays where is a good cheap(ish) place to go with a nice beach, preferably with activities or a nice town to explore (snorkeling would be a bonus.) i live in hull so am not too far from many major airports.

red sea riviera.awesome marine life,excellent for snorkeling(i do it when i go there).beautiful beach in sharm el sheikh,plenty of hotels and resorts,Daily flights to luxor,cairo.and very,very good prices
